At Home Furniture on Consignment, we strive to ensure your pre-loved pieces find the perfect place in your home. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit on all eligible furniture and decor items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery or pickup with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

• 2.
  Condition Assessment

  Ensure the item is in the same condition as when it left our showroom; consignment items must remain free of new wear, odors, or damage to be eligible for credit.

• 3.
  Schedule Transport

  Arrange for the item to be transported back to our warehouse location; please note that original delivery fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our team inspects and checks in the item, a store credit will be issued to your account, which can be used on any future unique find in our collection.
