In 2023, HAY updated the entire About A Collection with shells made from 100 % post-consumer plastic.
With the About A collection, Hee Welling wanted to reach a new level in the combination of shape, function, comfort, detail, and aesthetics. The idea was to develop a chair that would work equally well around a dining table and a conference table, as well as in a restaurant, café or office. Due to their simple and straightforward design, the chairs can be combined with many types of furniture and interiors.
